1.Introduction of ABS plastic

ABS is a widely used engineering plastics, with excellent comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, excellent low temperature impact resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, dyeing resistance, finished product processing and mechanical processing performance. 

2.Introduction of ABS sheet

ABS has excellent mechanical properties, its impact strength is very good, and it can be used at extremely low temperatures. Excellent wear resistance, dimensional stability and oil resistance. ABS has higher creep resistance than PSF and PC, but lower than PA and POM. The heat distortion temperature of ABS is 93 to 118°C, but it can be increased by about 10°C after annealing. It also has a certain degree of toughness at -40°C and can be used in the temperature range of -40 to 100°C. ABS sheet has high electrical insulation, is not easily affected by temperature and humidity, and can be used in most environments.

ABS sheet is widely used in many fields, such as luggage, car body exterior panels, home decoration panels, bathroom panels, and plastic sheets.

3.Introduction of ABS sheet production equipment

GWELL's ABS sheet production equipment can produce multi-purpose ABS sheets with a thickness of 0.15mm-2mm. We use advanced machine manufacturing technology to make the machine run more smoothly and efficiently and reduce the failure rate. Our ABS sheet production machine can also produce PP and PE sheets. It can achieve the purpose of one machine with multiple functions.

4.The entire extrusion production line consists of the following parts

(1)Vacuum feeder: transport raw materials to the extruder

(2)Single screw extruder: plasticize raw materials and extrude molten raw materials

(3) Mold: according to customer requirements of the thickness range

(4) Three-roller calender: The diameter and length of the roller can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements

(5) Cooling brackets: it is a cooling and conveying device

(6)Traction machine: use double pairs of rollers to haul the sheet

(7)Cutting unit: the role of cutting sheets

(8)Other auxiliary machines: chiller, air compressor, etc
